RA (Return Authorization) Numbers: Enter RMA / Trouble Ticket System

  1. All returns and exchanges require an RA number issued by
  2. All RA numbers must be requested by the end of 30 days from the shipment receipt date.
  3. Returns must be received at within 30 days from RA issue date.

*A 20% processing fee will be charged for returns received without an RA Ticket number

Special Orders

Custom Products can not be returned for credit or refund. Replacement Headrest are made to order specifically for your vehicle and take approx 1-2 days to have made before they are ready to ship. Once made you can not cancel your order

Returns and exchanges that are UNOPENED:

We will refund or exchange any unopened item in its original condition. (Minus the shipping cost)

Returns and exchanges that are OPENED:

  1. Returns that are opened must be in "like new" condition. *
  2. Returns must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and parts.**
  3. We will refund or exchange items in its original condition. (Minus the shipping cost)*

Returns and exchanges that are INSTALLED:

  1. Returns on Installed Items are NOT Accepted Under any Circumstances. *
  2. Once item(s) are Installed - Only Warranty Is Covered & Handled for 1 Year

*A restocking fee for opened items may be applied.

**Returns received without all necessary parts and manuals will be charged 15% restocking fee.

Items with manufacturer's defects:

Within 30 days of shipment receipt date:
We will pay the return shipping and promptly ship you a replacement for any manufacturer defects. *
*APO, FPO and international addresses do not qualify for this service

After 30 days of shipment receipt date:

Products under manufacturer's warranty may be shipped back to for repair.

Installation Errors shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation
or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product.
Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by warranty
